My name is Taniya Singleton and I am the founder of Savage Cheer Life. I have 10+ years of experience as a competitive cheerleader, stomp and shake cheerleader, sideline cheerleader and as a coach. I am the former captain of Cheer Nation at UNCC, a 3x Powerhouse All-American Cheerleader and former captain, and now, the head coach and cheer director for Queen City Extreme Youth Network. Furthermore, I hold a bachelors degree in biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Go Niners!
I began Savage Cheer Life for a couple reasons. One, I always knew I wanted to be a coach and that I was talented. If I couldn’t find a team to coach, I was going to find another way to give back what so many coaches have poured into me. The other being, the support and inspiration from my peers. My cheer sisters and former coaches are a big reason as well because I provide them with top of the line choreography that they absolutely love; even when its challenging. My passion and love for the sport goes beyond words.
